Speaker Series: Won Ju Lim

Wu Ju Lim is a Korean American artist who makes mixed media sculptures that explore domestic and industrial architecture in relation to popular culture. For her exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Lim has produced Elysian Field North, a plexiglass model that locates our city of glass in relation to a shadowy past and uncertain future.

The Speaker Series (1989–2006) was a programme of visiting artist talks and lectures. From 2000–2006, talks were co-organized with the Art Now course at ECIAD.
