Jeff Derksen delivers a lecture in room 245 in the University’s North Building that will be followed by a reception at READ Books to launch After Euphoria, a selection of his writing on art, architecture and globalism.

Derksen is a writer, poet and critic based in Vancouver and Vienna. His ongoing research investigates the effect of globalization on the production and experience of culture. He is a founding member of the Kootenay School of Writing, Editor of Line magazine and an Associate Professor of English at Simon Fraser University.
